1. Let’s Get to Know Each Other — Your Free Consultation

Before anything is booked, we start with a free consultation. This is our chance to connect, get to know each other, and chat about your love story, wedding vision, and photography goals. I’ll also walk you through how I work and show you how I deliver photos via a beautiful, easy-to-use online gallery system.

The digital gallery you’ll receive after your wedding is:

  • Password-protected for privacy

  • Includes unlimited high-resolution downloads

  • Has a built-in favoriting system for easy selection

  • Includes a professional print shop so you can order gorgeous albums and wall art straight from the gallery

2. Transparent Quotes & Flexible Packages

After the consultation, I’ll send over a custom quote with the best options based on what we discussed. I offer a range of pre-made packages to fit different wedding sizes and styles, plus flexible add-ons so you can personalize your coverage.

Whether you're planning a vineyard wedding in Napa, a sunset ceremony by Lake Tahoe, or an intimate elopement in downtown Sacramento, there’s a package that fits your day beautifully.

3. Securing Your Wedding Date

Once you choose your package, I’ll send over the contract for signature. This agreement protects both of us and outlines all the important details. To officially book your date, I require a non-refundable 30% deposit, which is applied toward your total.

As soon as the contract is signed and the deposit is received, your wedding date is secured on my calendar. That day becomes exclusively yours—no double bookings, no compromises.

4. Planning Together

After booking, we’ll schedule a wedding planning call where we map out your timeline and discuss what matters most to you. Whether it’s a first look under the redwoods or a sparkler send-off in San Francisco, I make sure your most important moments are covered.

Need to add more time? No worries. You can upgrade your coverage during this call—or even on the day of your wedding if things run late. I’m here to support you, not pressure you.

5. Peace of Mind Leading Up to the Big Day

To help ease any nerves, I always check in the night before your wedding to confirm everything. You’ll never have to wonder if I’ll show up—I’m already packing my gear and excited to celebrate with you!

6. Sneak Peeks & Gallery Delivery

Within 48 hours of your wedding, you’ll receive a handful of sneak peek images so you can relive the magic while you’re still on cloud nine. Your full gallery will be delivered within 90 days, beautifully edited and ready to download, share, and print.
